Radius BOB with VOIP Dialer

What concerns me about purchasing radius is I've called 3 times and a machine comes on that their closed for the holiday . It's the same message as 10 days ago . Do they have any live customer service ? Also do they have any intention of coming out with a mobile app ? If your in field it would be nice to enter people turning 65 in 4 months to 2-3 yrs . My sons learning it and he likes it .

Don't think they have live customer service. I never call. I use email through their support system. Always get an answer back by the following day. But usually much quicker.

No mobile app that I know of but I don't need one. I've got my log-in page bookmarked on my cell phone. Once I log in I can do everything I could do with a mobile app.

Another CRM you might want to check out is Medicare PRO. If you're doing MAs and Sups they might be worth looking at. They even have an integration to SunFire.

I use Radius to sell it and Medicare Pro after I've sold it.

I talked to Medicare pro a month ago .I guess I talked to a owner . He said they were exclusive to a few Fmo's till a yr ago .I'm mostly Medicare .What do they offer fir a user that radius Bob doesn't ?If they go under can I transfer all my info to another crm ?

Medicare Pro has the ability to quote and enroll through Sun Fire and I've heard they are working on a link with Connecture. Also a link with CSG.

I like the idea of being able to quote, enroll and manage a medicare book without leaving the crm.

They do not have a built-in voip dialer like Radius.

As far as going belly up, I assume it would be the same as everyone else. Take your stuff and go home.

I had asked Danielle about integrating Radius with Connecture and this was her response. I never pursued it.

We have a fairly clunky integration with them now, but there are some features we can work on smoothing out for you and some that would be too expensive to build out. So let us know what you want so that development can try to make it happen for you. We need it to be in a ticket to track the progress if it goes forward."

I'm willing to predict that we'll see a drastic change this coming year. Not only with Radius but everyone else as well. And the reason for that is Integrity Marketing.

A couple of years ago, I asked Danielle what it would take to be able to run a CSG quote without leaving Radius. Asked CSG the same thing. The answer was that I'd need an API code to fully link the two programs and to get the API code I would have to subscribe to a minimum of five states. I'm only licensed in three. Needless to say I never did it.

Fast forward to today, I'm getting everything CSG offers - all 50 states - for free. All because two of my FMOs were bought out by Integrity who also bought CSG.

I do not like Connecture. I'd much prefer to use CSG. But I also have to take into consideration what the landscape is going to be like down the road.
 
My fmo was bought by Integrity.Do we get access to the top of the line CSG platform ?

She told me the same thing about the 5 states. I don't like Connecture either. I'll only use it for PDP's. CSG doesn't do everything Connecture does.

That would depend on your particular FMO. Two of my FMOs were bought by Integrity. One offers what I would call a basic package. The other offers everything Connecture and CSG has.

As for CSG, I now have access to Medicare, MA, Hosp Indm, FE , Dent/Vision and all that marketing stuff that I don't use. All carriers and all states.

I still have my personal account with CSG and plan on keeping it. Just in case somebody licks the red off my candy.
