Have you considered switching your cell phone number to a VOIP service and getting a new personal cell number?

Obviously no solution is perfect but that could accomplish the goal of not getting your clients to call a different phone number.

Hmm that's a possibility. I've had this number since '97 but I technically wouldn't be losing it. I'll have to look into it.

Agent + VoIP (C2C, Inbound, Outbound, + More) = $78/mo

I was going to join recently but I am not sure if the minute charges on the VOIP would be an issue vs an unlimited package. Can you give me details on how you calculate the minutes and what the avg agent is using per month and what I can expect to pay as overages on avg?
