Recent Changes at AGLA

My advice to all agents and Managers at AGLA who want to continue doing business in the traditional model they were hired into is to consider switching to Transamerica Agency Network. AGLA and TAN followed very similar structures. As AGLA shifts to a MetLife formula it will not be a good fit for everyone. TAN has been able to hold onto the traditional career agency model successfully.
