Search and Save

Wow I did not realize this was so expensive

I was looking at this thinking it was like $30 but I found out if it is for me and an assistant as users it is going to be $125

$125 starting Sat. My assistant doesn't have access to mine. So I'll pay $35 next month. I use Radius Bob for my CRM. S&S is for drug and doctor lookup for me.

What do you pay your assistant and how many hrs a week do they work ? Do they enter drugs and dr's into search and save for you ? Do they call your book of business?

I pay her hourly, a fair wage, and she probably works 10 hours a week for me non AEP.

She does not have access to my S&S. She calls my RSVPs. She calls the people who attend my medicare 101 events. Updates my CRM. Sends out handwritten birthday cards, thank you letters, and referral letters.

I have a girl with great handwriting that just completed 5 k Christmas cards . 3 lines and signs my name " your local Medicare agent " . All the cards are put in envelopes and sealed and ready to mail . Just need stamps and address labels . That's 4 yrs of cards . Doing same thing with birthday cards . See's unemployed and disabled . I pay her $12 an hr . I mail birthday cards 2 times a month .

That would be a bug part of the reason to get search and save is to have assistant help with adding and maintaining drug lists, I could live with paying $70 (though probably should be a discount for 2 rather than one, especially since the second is only admin but hey I could live with it

However $125 is out of hand for one more person

Agreed, it's because it's 2-5 users. Should be $70 for two, then maybe go 3-5 users.

She doesn't use my S&S because we have sunfire and for AEP she'll add/update that to my clients who fill out my JotForm drug list.
I don't mind it being separate from S&S because during AEP I'm busy and I can go right into the application from sunfire.

MedicarePro's subscription includes a "staff" seat specifically for non producing assistants, etc.

Is Medicare pro are they as accurate as search and save?
I have not heard of that prescription quoter before. I have been very hesitant with prescription quoters because of inaccuracies and I was just coming around to search and save till this pricing issue

But I have been using medicare.gov up till now

But if they are as accurate I will consider

It's not even in the same class as S&S. When I tried it out last year, no doctor lookup, no drug tool, no automation, etc. It looks nice and pretty, but barely any functionality for an agent to use.

Edit: S&S doesn't have automation either, that's why I have to use Rbob as well. If I could combine Rbob and S&S, I would pay $150 month, easily

I'm confused what do you mean it has no drug tool we are talking about drug tools aren't we?

isn't that what search and save is?

why would I need automations in a drug tool, I just need a place to quote drug plans acuratly fast and save the meds

I have CRMs for other things

Edit:: I just looked up Medicare pro and its a CRM not a drug tool
I certainly don't need another CRM right now, I am moving clients to Agency bloc from Radius and not even sure if that is not a mistake

and I have a Gohighevel for leads and those automations
