Search and Save

I'm confused what do you mean it has no drug tool we are talking about drug tools aren't we?

isn't that what search and save is?

why would I need automations in a drug tool, I just need a place to quote drug plans acuratly fast and save the meds

I have CRMs for other things

Edit:: I just looked up Medicare pro and its a CRM not a drug tool
I certainly don't need another CRM right now, I am moving clients to Agency bloc from Radius and not even sure if that is not a mistake

and I have a Gohighevel for leads and those automations

I thought you were comparing S&S to MedicarePro. MedicarePro doesn't do anything but a CRM.

I was looking at search and save but was blown away with pricing for 2 and when I brought that up @Jim Write said I should consider Medicare pro as an alternative to search and save

Gotcha. While you can use other services to look up drugs, you'll never get as accurate for doctor lookup, if you need that info.

I think it was you that said when you put all the drs in it takes 15 mins to calculate if drs in network with plans ? That's unacceptable if your at someone's house selling

The problem is the drug lookups need to be accurate the reason why I did not use integrity is I could not get accuracy near what I was getting medicare.gov

I could not see what the cost difrence was easy at dif pharmacies and adjusting things

at least a few years ago

But if there was one that is accurate easy to use can check multiple pharm at once for lowest cost include premium ducat able in out of pocket annual

and I could keep and store for continue use client info

I would like to have something to save me time and effort AEP

more and more people want to call 3 and 4 times an AEP to go over drug cost again and again where used to be just once

First, you need to separate the lists. 80% are cheap generic lists. Those people (assuming we aren't moving) are getting an email with 2025 changes and the printout from S&S.

The 20% are getting an email that says "schedule a call", we review the lists, I am using Medicare.gov and then I print it to PDF and include in the email with the 2025 information. Rarely do I need a second call, because they have the printout.

15 mins? That would be crazy. Maybe 10 seconds per doctor? The issue with their load time is on dumb things like clicking on client info. 10 second wait feels long because on rbob it's within 2 seconds.

I never use estimates for retail price. It's never accurate, anywhere. Give them the copay or % per tier. I've never had a complaint with that method.

MedicarePro is a CRM but it has a drug lookup tool. Data sourced from CSG (which sources from CMS and FDA)
It's not even in the same class as S&S. When I tried it out last year, no doctor lookup, no drug tool, no automation, etc. It looks nice and pretty, but barely any functionality for an agent to use.
It does all of those things. And it does a lot of those automatic processes very well. Links in communication for clients to update their Dr/Rx info from their phone, sends a scope when a person schedules an appt. Does ACA consent forms automatically, links to Connecture and Sunfire with API feeds. Maybe all of this came after you looked at it last year.

That was me and they've brought back the old method which is quick.
