Seems like most of the time what I run into is folks at 85% and 60% advance. I've never run into anyone higher than 100%. Maybe everyone above 100% is super happy over there lol.

Ahh... makes sense. They allow brokers now too... something to consider. So, yes, some people are contracted with SL as a writing agent with above a 100% comp.
