if you start a PPC campaign google has keyword tools to use in adwords. I can tell you this.. if you stumble upon a good keyword with a high conversion ratio its only a matter of time before Google adwords will suggest this keyword to your competition. It can be very frustrating

Imo, best ppc strategies involve terms you're also trying to organically target.

I'm a novice with this crap but for me a balanced appraoch is the key. I see agents who refuse to do PPC and ask why? Some have struck gold with SEO but thats pretty hard to do.
