Great insight everyone! And yes: in real estate I never solicit business from F&F. If they ask for help I am more than happy to help them out. And long gone are the days of a teacher staying at one campus for 5 years let alone 20. I don't do business with the people I work for on a day to day. Again, unless they ask. But in all my dealings, I always put them first and have never had a dis-satisfied customer.
