As for the ones that are "hair challenged", selling FE could also be the primary cause of that. Some of the folks you deal with are enough to make anyone pull their hair out.

If anyone begins losing hair just shave it off, tan your noggin', and beat mother nature to the punch. I did years ago and haven't looked back.
