Have you had a chance to listen to the webinar I did in January with a 15 month old agent that now sells 400+ P&C policies/month?

Dam that kid is special not only talking but selling 400+ policies a month all before turning a year and a half...Thier parents must be so proud

Props to them but that will be hard to sustain as they become older. Servicing will come into play eventually. Seems like they have really taken advantage of being a new agency.

Retention & Customer service is key to sustained growth. Increasing Policies per Household by x-selling. Having a good social media/online connection with clients these days helps too.

I'm very interested in seeing the numbers at 36 months.
