I don't want to insult anyone...but does this thread have the worst poll you've ever seen? A three choice poll with one choice being a statement and the other two being questions? What is that?

I keep looking at it because I like polls and giving my opinion and then I look at it and go What?

It's a trick question.

Based on the conditions you described, RNA would be a great fit. A-Fib and insulin friendly. Don't ask about diabetes and neuropathy, don't have height/weight chart and do true social security billing. Couldn't think of a better option.

Now add DE to that and you got yourself a great carrier!

As most before 2020 my go to was Trans. Now I need insulin friendly, Heart issue friendly, Stroke freindly and cancer friendly. That is as friendly as possible. Now I use Mutual for the healthy and I discovered Columbian Life does have a 1st day full benefit for Afib if it’s been controlled for 24 mos. also both Mutual and Columbian take applicants with neuropathy if not using any prescribed pain meds.
Both have height and weight build charts though. Any help?

Mutual does not take diabetics who have neuropathy for their level plan. They would place them in their graded plan. They'll take non-diabetic neuropathy level though even if they are taking pain meds.

For the 3rd questions with heart - AmAm will take isosorbide and nitro depending on the first fill. Prosperity takes a TON of heart meds as long as you can answer no to all the medical questions and the client has been on the meds for over two years and last but not least, RNA has a two page knockout list of meds making them one of my favorite carriers in the bag. If the meds aren't on there list, you are good to go!

AmAm will offer mod/graded for nitro or iso if they've been filled in the last 3 years. The first fill is irrelevant to them. It's about last fill. For example, a guy who has been filling nitro for 7 years won't get level with AmAm because he's been filling it for more than 3 years. It does not work that way. It will be modified. Their guide says "Rx fill within 2/3 years".

Your comments about RNA's drug list is wrong too. They have an agent drug list and an internal drug list. A drug could be on their internal list that isn't on the agent one. You need to check both the internal and agent drug list to know for certain if the drug will or will not be a problem.

How would they treat someone who is over 600mg of gabapentin a day? Male late 60's tobacco.
