Washington National and UHL FE

UHL has the worse UW department that I’ve ever tried to deal with; they do a pos interview but don’t give a decision, then it’s underwritten at the HO which takes a couple of weeks; they even do background checks for certain ages, just ridiculous

The oddest part is right on the application where the have the phone interview number it says “Know Before you Go”. But they don’t give a decision at the phone interview. It comes a few days later.

I guess they think you will camp out there a few days before you GO.

We got so frustrated with the UW that we just quit writing them completely. I’ve been an observer on here for a couple of years and recall some of you saying that Settlers wouldn’t make it because of their policies; other companies might want to take notice, like listen to the folks in the field.
