What is Up with Kemper?

One would think that from a business perspective it would be smart to hire another employee to help process agent appointments. Kemper would well re-coup the employee cost with the influx of business form all the new agents. Plus, it'll add a little good will. Agent support is huge to the independent agent.
KEMPER! Get your act together!
:1biggrin:

But then they'd have to hire somebody to process the extra business.:twitchy:

I have had absolutely zero progress getting appointed after 4 weeks of waiting.

I hear others are having problems.

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

They're the WORST! You are better off with out them. My advise is to move on and never even think of writing them. They are THE Sloppiest company I have ever dealt with. I'm going back to Vantis, in spite of their crazy Chareback policy.

Kemper is even worse than the company out of Alexandria, VA. I wrote a case in January, they didn't issue it until March. After that, they messed up the bank acct info and re-issued it in April. Somehow, I still haven't been paid on it. First of all, it was a GI Final expense policy. There is no underwriting. All they have to do is process the paper work, print and mail the policy. That takes most companies 2-5 days and that's with medical underwriting! To take a month to process paper work is ridiculous. I really like their HHC product but I won't offer it anymore. Just way too many hassles with them.
