I just noticed that Physician's Mutual Insurance Co. is planning to purchase Reserve National Insurance Co. from Unitrin. I'm familiar with Physicians Mutual and I don't think they are in the business of buying successful companies ( or any company for that matter). Does anyone know if they are ramping up for something big? If so, there may be some good opportunities for agents.
