Why Are So Many Agents Lazy?

Do you listen to a specific Zig book or just random Zig. I like his stuff too, motivating and so true

Richard

I have been listening to him for 30 years. I have all his books on CD and have about 150 podcasts on my phone.

Before Zig's death, his company had an app that sent a free 5-10 minute podcast that was a snippet from his audio recordings. They are fantastic and a great pick me up in the morning to start a Day

I like the way he brings his spirituality into everyday practice for life and a sales career. The man was a devoted christian and it showed in his recordings.

I on the other hand have earned no less than 6 figures since I was 25,

18 years straight......$100,000 +.....?

If this is true you have me beat along with every professional salesman I've ever known, and I've had the opportunity to have known some very very good salesmen.

So if this is true you are an Exceptional Salesman and I would like to meet you one day.

Really? I think 100k for any salesmen should be the minimum goal. I don't understand why anyone would get into any business if they can't make atleast that much money. That was my minimum goal when I graduated from college.

Obviously, if you're building a book of business..that takes time, but it atleast has the 6 figure 'end goal'! Wanted to make sure I didn't offend any of the P&C, med sup etc...guys mad.

Any agent who has been around the block would ask the recruiter the one most important question.....If this is such a good gig and sooooo easy why aren't you doing it?

Don't know about the other recruiters on the forum but it is my understanding that Scott and Travis do just that. They both work in the field, running leads every week.

You are correct. Travis is in the field today and will write no less than $2,000 today or he will owe the agent he is training $100. He has not paid out the $100 penalty to anyone yet.

I'm not sure who is training who because the agent he is training turned in over $11,000 in AP last week.

So far this week I have turned in $1,100 AP of regular FE. Plus $7,500 single pay settlers. Plus two med sups. I'm stuck in the office mostly but will likely run leads again on Saturday.

We may not be perfect. But we are very consistent high producers who recruit and train.

Zig was a good man and motivator.
