Yet another background check question

I have a public intoxication back in 2001 to which I plead no contest. And, back in 1994, I was picked up on a domestic that was complete crap and charges were dismissed.

What do you think?

I appreciate everyone's input!!

The agency manager said, "i got your background back, and everything looks ok." So, I'm not sure if he just ran my credit, checked at the county level, state, federal.....or anything for that matter. I didn't ask him to be more specific!

Every private employer I’ve ever applied with had me sign a permission at time of app to run a background, credit, etc check. You didn’t sign something like that with details?

So, will the DOI give the results of my background investigation to the agency? Or is it strictly private??

Me thinks the agency will only care if you are EO insurable. IF the state approved you AND you can get EO insurance, you're good to go.

The insurance company also do a background check, some are tougher than others
