AHIP stumped me, I barely passed-HELP

I just completed AHIP. Just failed my second go-round. Need to brush up so I don't fail the 3rd time through. Please help.

These questions stumped me.

1. It is compliant to increase my ROI on my marketing campaign by door knocking ONLY if the dog alerts them and they open the door before you knock. T or F

2. It is NON compliant to wear a low-cut blouse showing too much cleavage because most men over 65 take Viagra and it could send them to the ER causing Waste, Abuse or Fraud? T or F

3. It is compliant to door knock when you are driving by a direct mailers house because you need to borrow their air compressor to put air in your tires. They happen to notice your giant "Ask me about medicare" button and you enroll them in an MAPD. T or F

4. You door knocked a guy and he answered the door drunk off his rump at noon and he asked you to enroll him into a plan with dental. You go ahead and do it. Is this compliant? T or F (this recently actually happened but NO I did not write him even though he asked me to--it was an actual appt not a door knock---lol)

5. Is it compliant to enroll Bruce Jenner as Caitlyn under section 1557? T or F

I could go on and on. I was stumped on most of the questions of this type. Head hanging low today bc I keep failing at this....

Sorry to hear ur struggle. My Brain goes to mush here too with litigious requirements that try to trick u out of ur hard earned money for sure.

So I have an appoint with this guy about 7-8yrs ago and he has slur speech and he says I want the wizard plan! I say do what...he says you know I want the wizard, WIZARD ONE! I say in my mind what in the hell is wizard plan? Then finally I say oh OH...you mean WINDSOR! He says yea yea my brother has that.

Every time I drive by his area I laugh wondering how the Wizard OF OZ is doing.

What about the face book ads every agent and there brother uses ?The answers no unless you list the the exact plan . How about about setting on all these leads ? 90% of these leads are about selling mapd . Isnt that baiting ? What about every single tv ad ?

Not sure what you are saying

You can mention benefits without exact plan if its general not exact copays, Ie dental vision hearing

You will need disclaimer on all these advertisements though anything in the Chain of Sale

Hilarious! The guy I saw saturday, he was scuffling around trying to answer the door. When he finally did and came outside, for a minute I thought his breath could be keytones and i might need to call 911. I mean mid day schwasted. Quickly realized it was liquor on his breath. Then he showed me his great big toothy grin and asked for the besht plan with dental all while scraping his front teeth with his fingernail. Doubt he will even remember me being there.

I'll remember this one forever too.
