Any advice on buying quality leads?

First place to check is your Upline. That's the number 1 reason for choosing which agency you contracted under is the lead programs and training. Talk to the top producing agents at your agency and just do the same thing they are doing. Don't re-invent the wheel.
Make sure you sign in to your agency's group chat program. Read it daily. You will lean tons of stuff reading the producers interact with each other and answer questions for new agents.

Probably the best, most sensible advice for anyone new!

Sorry for the confusion - I mean't purchasing the type of leads where the prospects call you...inbound from TV or live transfers. Those are quality and the prospect made the effort or showed intent so these are probably as efficient and as good as they get (other than referrals) but still need to get sold...
I appreciate all the insight guys. BarryNY, do you use live transfer leads, and if so, where do you get them from? I'm not trying to get out of the work involved with being an insurance agent, but I do want to supplement my lead flow some.

Hi Michael. For live transfers or incoming TV (best of the best no time wasting prospects) - there are a couple of constraints that you have:

1. You need to be licensed in about 15+ states in order to not wait too long for a call.

2. Most (if not all) of the legitimate marketing firms offering incoming live transfers or TV - DO NOT - work directly with just one individual Agent. The reason being is that it's a huge hassle for them to push calls to just one "ring to" number. They are undertaking a marketing effort to bring in the prospects and if you're already on the phone talking to a prospect - who's going to answer the next call they want to send?

It was for this main reason that I created an "advertising co-op group" for independent Agents that want to take advantage of the best Final Expense leads you can get - incoming TV and live transfers. Within the group it does not matter where or with whom you are contracted - there is no recruiting going on - all we care about is getting in on these incoming leads. As a group, the marketing firms will send the calls to one ring to number and then our software distributes the calls to the next qualified Agent (state they are licensed in)...

PM me for more info.

I see you often talk about TV leads, I know you do FE but do you know if there are any for medicare too?

Yes - they are out there and I've heard they are expensive (>$60/each)....other than that - I have zero experience with them.

60 wouldn't be bad if they are as good as normal live transfers do you know which companies or no?

Final expense, mortgage protection, typical life insurance products. We don't deal with annuities, IUL, UL etc...

Best advice is to generate your own. The only way to actually know leads are exclusive is to make your own.

Facebook leads are simple to generate and highly effective. There are dozens of YouTube videos showing you how to easily place them.

If you aren't able to generate your own. Secure Agent Leads a great source.
