Anyone with Ritter?

OH God I'm new here, what have I done
I feel your pain. Most recently I was a mortgage banker, so this is brand new to me, too. I'm with a very large FMO and I'm finding I can't get answers to the simplest questions. I've been contracting but no one thought to tell me some of the certifications take 5 days to even show up.
I think I've got a regional sales manager. He's been copied on emails to me but at this point I don't know if he even exists. I've yet to talk to him in spite of all the requests I've made. He doesn't answer his phone, he doesn't respond to emails. As for the sales specialist, all I get are one sentence responses.
I get that we're not true employees, but FFS, nurture your agents. That's how they make their money. smh

Is this like writing coverage on your own pen?

Does Todd count only his own phone answers, or does he include Matthew's too?

I was just saying that since Carabella can't get her current FMO to answer the phone, she should check out a FMO that says he answers the phone.

I understood. Just joking. Todd has said that consistently over the years.

I have been crossways with Todd over some stuff, but I would personally expect, and tell anyone that asked me, that what Todd says his agency will do, I would believe it will do it.
 
Yes, we answer our phone during business hours. If you catch us all on the phone, leave a message and you usually get a call right back...at least within 30 minutes to an hour at the most.
