Constructive criticism about the forum

I started this thread in the hopes some people would would come out and say something to the effect of "yeah, lets stop the bickering and talk about our industry" Now we see that these people are getting sucked into making this thread one of the most commented and visited threads beause they just can't keep their mouths shut.

I said earlier there's a school yard attitude here. I would like to change that to Prison Yard. If you did not get into this business before man invented the wheel then watch out. "You don't know squat compared to me, and please do not post such dumb things". Here's a question for you. When was the last time you said to a client "hey, I honestly do not know the answer to that question. Let me find that out and I'll get back to you. Some of you people act like you know everything about this business so therefore you should be allowed to have any kind of attitude you want.

And yes it is just a select few that I am refering to here. But lets face it, we all know that very first impression is everything..................

Your impressions are correct. Its impossible to know everything, particularly if you are representing many carriers for health, life and Med Supps in several states. I knew it all when I was 18, but after that, things became more complicated.

What's really funny is your purpose for this thread got twisted. Now its like an honor to be put on ignore and have it publicly stated on the forum.

Well I'd like to issue an apology. People don't come onto this forum to watch licensed adult professionals mix it up. For heaven's sake, I'm teaching my six year old to walk away from idiots.

My problem is I feel the need to respond - however history has taught me that there is no response when people have their minds made up.

The "ignore" feature here is a wonderful tool - just implemented by me last night, and again today for another member.
