Not convinced that is healthy for a person that already has heart and arterial disease..Drop the nuts, beans, and veggies. Meat and water for 30 days, and then slowly add in other foods starting with non-starchy, leafy green veggies (spinach, collards, turnip greens, cabbage, brussel sprouts).
From everything I have read, beef and wild caught fish provide the best results. Bacon is just so darn tasty though!
Here is the easiest way to cook bacon:
1) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
2) Cover a large tray with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
3) Fold each strip of bacon in half, and place as a single layer on the baking sheet.
4) Bake for approximately 45 minutes - No need to turn it or anything
5) Take it out of the oven, transfer the bacon to a paper plate covered with a couple of paper towels, then cover bacon with paper towels to remove excess grease.
6) Enjoy the bacon, throw out the paper plate and paper towels and aluminum foil. The pan should be clean, but if some grease got to it it should be an easy quick clean up with soap and water and no scrubbing.
Easy, easy, easy ...
And if you want something real tasty, cook two strips of bacon per burger ysing the above method. After the bacon is done, use ground chuck (70/30 preferred - the fattier the better), and make burgers. Place the burgers on the bacon grease filled foil line tray, and cook in the oven, turning once or twice, and basting with that bacon grease periodically. When almost done to your liking, take a thick put a thick slice of cheddar on each burger, two bacon strips on top of the cheese, and top with one more slice of cheddar.
Yum!
