Do Agents/FMOS Work on Friday Anymore?

I must have had too long of a week.

What do you need from your FMO that the carrier can't help you with?
 
My FMO sends me a birthday card. That is it.
Any time I have a question, it's the same, "call broker support with the carrier".

Shouldn't it work that way? I always get my answers direct from the carriers.
 
Well, they both returned my calls, one was two hours later, the other four. Thank god there is IMO's offering such astounding service!

Oh, the FMO called as well shortly after I made this thread...maybe they are watching???
