Election Night in America

This is a glorious event for America. It's unfortunate the systemic racism of the liberal left has created such a volatile reaction to the election of Donald Trump.

Ultimately this racism by the left, all the way up to the presidency, has created the Trump election.

The concept of, if your white your inherently racist (and privileged), is the reason for the Trump election.

Shoving a failed health plan down our throats, full of lies (proven lies), is the reason for the Trump election.

Wikileaks proving the DNC stealing the primary from Bernie (a horrendous candidate himself). The lying and cheating by people like Donna Brazile is the reason for the Trump election.

Bringing in the racist Jay-Z to get out the vote and stupid comments by other celebrities (think Miley Cyrus, Cher, Streisand) is the reason for Trump election. I'm not sure if Jay-Z is more racist towards blacks or whites with his shitty lyrics N**** this and N**** that. When are these people going to be exposed for what they are?

Stupid athletes like LeBron James trying to get out the vote had no effect. He's got hundreds of millions of dollars and telling people that cant find a job to vote for the very party sent their jobs to other countries. Another reason........

Stupid, stupid, stupid, people. Now its all about racism... Keep it up, your just creating more divide and more likelihood you'll lose in the future.

Understand one final thing. We conservatives could care less about your racist protestors and your racist thuggery and your racist CNN/NBC/NYT/etc..... We are laughing at you and will continue to do so as we change the country and put it back on a path of decency and respect.

Yeah, but you can put all that crap in a song and make millions on it. Let someone say the same thing without it being in a song and you're racist!

/... But upon reflection (there is not much else to do at 39000 feet somewhere over the ocean) he is right... at least by some metrics... say income, assets, education, and location... I probably do qualify as a member of the 'elite,' or "1%" or whatever.

"A fool thinks himself to be wise, but a wise man knows himself to be a fool."
-Shakespeare, As You Like It, Act 5, scene 1

Why is it every comment of yours around here requires superfluous pretension?

"When Thomas Jefferson succeeded John Adams, a contest that put America on such a different footing that it is remembered today as the Revolution of 1800, he did not seek to put members of the Adams administration on trial. When Warren G. Harding followed Woodrow Wilson in the White House in 1921, he did not put Edith Galt Wilson on trial for usurping the office of the presidency after Wilson's stroke. When Bill Clinton ended a dozen years of Republican rule in 1993, he did not try to prosecute Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush for deceiving the Congress over the Iran-Contra affair.

In the span of 220 years there have been 43 changes of presidents, and always this rule, never written but never broken, has prevailed: Presidents let their predecessors be judged by the merciless jury of history, not by the temporal verdicts of courts."

Yep, I understand, but the situation is similar. It is like the winner to ... I will say that this should be left to the democratic mechanisms whatever ...and the new president should place himself above it. Yes, he promised. Yes, I want it. But he is not obligated to do it because he said it. If there is a public opinion to be done, yeh, poor Hellary.

He is already showing he is not that interested in pursuing charges against her. He also feels two of Obamacare's key points, being on your parents insurance until 26 and insurance for those with pre-existing conditions are important and he wants to keep them. This guy is a character. Trump does what Trump wants to do. If you don't believe that go ask Chris Christie.

He's really showing that he is just going to be a disaster. He's electing pure idiots to his cabinet positions, his transition team is already corrupt as it includes his kids who are running his business, and his foreign policy is non-existent.

Trump will use his presidency to enrich himself. He may be the first President to be impeached. Did anyone want Mike Pence for president?

Haven't three or four presidents already been impeached? Including Bill Clinton?

Impeachment has two parts. The formal impeachment and then the convicting of the impeached In the only two cases where impeachment proceedings were held for a President, they were acquitted by the Senate.
