I just made a deal with my top agent. If I die before my wife he will forward 90% to wife. If I outlive her then the remainder will go to charity. Making him a principal in my corp would require him to deal with 2 corp tax returns, not necessary. UHC Agent Successor program requires notice within 30 days and then 90 days to return their form. The successor has to be in downline. This will all be outlined in my will with an addendum between us stating details for him to sign.
