I got S&S for the free trial and I loved it. Unfortunately, no automation and workflows. It was a dealbreaker for me. Radius bob has workflows and their SOA is easier. Other than that, S&S seems to be better.

How accurate is the drug pricing ? Why's it superior to Connecture ?

I find it to be accurate. Search and Save gets their info from Connecture, but I find S&S to be much faster and smoother to use. Connecture feels slow and clunky.

S&S also quotes Med Supps, FE, HIP and has a nice CRM. Once I figure out how to transfer from Radius, I'll let Radius go and use S&S for CRM. Heck of a deal for $25 a month.

Have you asked Scott about this?

Too often the transfer problem is more on the export side of your CRM, not import. Some database software is not really meant to be exported. I think that was the problem with Frank Stastny's program.

Are you not using workflows from rbob?
Also, do you use task and notes in rbob? Those things won't transfer and makes it hard to leave.

So the same accuracy as Connecture. I've used Connecture for 2 yrs and got used to it . But I definitely like the idea of having all my clients on a seperate crm and system not affiliated with my fmo . Like I use Medicare pro for my crm . It's super easy to use and does all the stuff I need it for . All the fields are pre programmed . For instance I print monthly birthday labels with it on 2 clicks . In seconds I can segregate countys and plans . I know all crms do that but it's preset for me . I have zero tech ability .
