It could happen. Here's a truck driver's video of a bird dropping a fish on hi truck. And it's not a small fish.

Would had to be one heck of a bird to have dropped that shark. However, there are those that claim pterodactyls still live in Texas.

According to the video it was an Osprey. Ospreys can be 24 inches long with a wingspan of 71 inches. They can carry a fish weighing up to about 4 1/2 lbs.
