Has anybody heard any issues regarding mail drops in the state of NJ? I tried to order mailers and they told me due to compliance issues with the DOI they will no longer be mailing into NJ. Has anybody heard anything about this?!

NJ was one of the states investigating the mailers that mislead people into thinking it is from a government agency and talking about "new" tax laws that are actually decades old, and using phrases that are in violation with NAIC Guidelines.... The annuity mailer they sent me as an example when I inquired 4 or 5 years ago was that type of mailer. So that would be my guess.

Dammit.. so is this just MSPM or does this have to do with Chris @ TLCs as well? From what I noticed Jenmarco is okay to mail to NJ.

Wow, that sounds really messed up. I would definitely suggest speaking with Chris or going to Jenmarco. Have you had success with MSPM in the past?

MSPM hasn't mailed its mail piece in New Jersey for years.
Plenty of other options to use.

My budget is starting to expand but I would only be able to do mailers every other week at this point. Would you add DM leads along with weekly TM leads?

I still do that. Mix in some internet leads and you'll have a nice week!

I'll try it out. As much of a bad rap internet leads get do you thibk it's worth getting shared leads?
