Patient no Part B, question about provider billing

The rep also was not really familiar with the General Enrollment Period timing, told me I was confusing that with OEP for Medicare advantage, so I am mostly relying on the payment advice but info lacking about applying late for Part B.
Always sucks when you get a dumb ass. I usually hang up, smoke a cigarette and call back.

Applying for part B is simple. Just fill out the form and send it in. I've attached a copy.

Up until this year, part B benefits would not start until July 1, regardless of your sign up date.
They changed it this year. Benefits start the 1st of the month after sign up.

One time when I did that, the same dumb ass answered the phone. I told her what I did and was trying to get on the phone with someone who had a clue.
That's when you fall back, drink a cup of coffee and smoke another cigarette, and call back praying that whoever you're calling has more than one dumb ass.
