You mean mail to the local office though, correct? I have given the 40-B pdf or the link to lots of clients.There's a form online that they can print out and mail it in. No need to walk in.

Always sucks when you get a dumb ass. I usually hang up, smoke a cigarette and call back.The rep also was not really familiar with the General Enrollment Period timing, told me I was confusing that with OEP for Medicare advantage, so I am mostly relying on the payment advice but info lacking about applying late for Part B.
