PDP Presentation NOT F2F

Got an SOA from a lady. Presented Med Supps to her, going to mail her the Enrollment Kit for Plan F.

She wants a Stand Alone PDP.

She is too far away for me to do a F2F. Can I send her an Enrollment Kit, then call her, and do it over the phone? I'm thinking YES.

She is turning 65, pretty sharp, and is a referral from a Financial Planner I know. She has already emailed me her Medication she takes. All I need to do is find the most affordable plan (NOT Silverscript) and boom. Done deal.

If not an office appt, I complete the PDP app and then mail to the insured to sign/date, return back to me.

Nope. It has to be passive. They go on your site and enroll themselves

Word of Caution:
Advise your client to NOT click on the "request more info" tab. It will default to another Wellcare site and you will lose the sale. And no, hasn't happened to me, but was engrained in my memory from the Wellicare certification meeting. Tell them to only hit the "enroll now" tab.

If it's an AARP PDP, you can enroll her on line. Just go to AARP's website.

Or do what I do with pdp. Tell them to talk with their trusted pharmacist to suggest a plan
