PDP Renewals Running Behind

What a mess!

Client calls saying their 2024 plan is billing them for January premiums. Several have not received their 2025 policy or ID card. MyMedicare still shows last years plan.

Anyone else having these problems?

I'm getting dozens of calls and emails:

Getting wrong SSA statement showing wrong pdp deduction for 25'

Some had $45 taken out of SS check already instead of $0, will be reimbursed, one already got it reimbursed.

Although when They log into their mc.gov acct, it shows new pdp $0 plan.

No new cards, mostly UHC and wellcare.

Never had these many problems

Just got another email, husband's PDP change was accurate at SSA, wife was not. Told her to check SSA again. She just got a refund today.

I was told by 1/31 it should be right. It better be, because I am tired of the calls.

Got probably 10 calls/emails today dealing with this problem.

Clients getting letter stating "We will no longer deduct money for your PDP plan from your SSA check".

Premium is $0 for WCV, but they forget to mention that and clients freaking out because they forgot that it was $0
