That's more than I know that use setters. I can only think of 4 today off the top of my head.

I know of a few who temporarily tried using setters, but they ended up going back to setting their own. They all said the quality of appointments wasn't as good and the added expense wasn't worth it.

I never bothered hiring a setter, because I can set a full day for Monday usually in under 90 minutes. I figure why pay someone hundreds of dollars weekly for something that only takes me a couple hours max? Plus, having quality appointments is important.

I know every agent in our top 20 pretty well.

I can only think of 2 that use a setter regularly.

Setting your own appointment is the first step in the sales process.

I don't know why anyone would use a setter unless they are just writing so much business they just don't have time.

Anyone who's writing >$200k/yr (I mean issued and paid) and netting very little is a very bad manager of their business. You'd almost have to be paying an assistant a generous salary and benefits and buying far more leads than you ever touch for that to be possible.
