Pre-Need Or Not???????????

Last week I inquired about selling pre-need through one of my companies who also does FE. I don't know much about pre-need. My FE guy put me in contact with the pre-need manager and turns out they represent one of the main funeral homes where I live. The funeral home has a brand new location, they have six in all. Their new location is very nice, state of the art. Met with the rep from the company and the funeral home guy and basically if comes down to free leads and I would be able to continue to sell FE with them with the funeral home getting an override. The only draw back is they would want me to cancel my other contracts with FE companies to ensure that I am not selling FE with other companies on their leads. Has anybody else done this and made as much money as selling FE?

If you get good at PreNeed you can make a lot of money with it. In the beginning you won't be on a great commission level. You have to prove yourself.

If you are making all the money you need at FE, I wouldn't change course. If you are seeking something slightly different, Preneed could be your ticket.

Through the years I've tried to train traditional life agents into pre-need. I don't recall any of those going well because they are too premium focused. Let them train you with a clear mind.

I did catch that today Petey. That's what I was looking for last week. It raised the bar for everyone. New street is 120% for everyone. All Trans products now available to all agents too.

See that's the free enterprise system at work. Fex agents all got a raise today and I'm pretty certain all the other competitive IMOs have done or soon will do the same.

I like the trans living benefit term .Did a 30 yr level (one of the few term co's that does 30 yr till age 59) on a 57 yr old for $750k. I sell it as quasi di policy for people who'll never buy a di policy.

That's good news on the Trans raise! Now if they would only fix their app, their website and a few other things, they would be a good company to have.

You do know if you want to talk about TA maybe you should start a new thread about it. Just saying.

So now since the bet is off I guess you can now list the IMO's you were talking about that offered higher than 115% street level trans.
