Radius BOB with VOIP Dialer

The VoIP Plan has a Call Forwarding Feature to an External Number (Cell Phone), which records calls. If a Lead or Client Calls your Inbound Number (Radius Number), then the call forwards to your Cell Phone, the call is recorded and stored to the Lead/Client Profile Page.

Ok thanks for the info. It wouldn't help me out though because all of my clients for years have used my cell phone number.

I'll definitely use the outbound calling feature with Rbob over Connecture. I'll just make sure that if anyone calls my cell phone, I'm not talking plan info and I'll be fine.

I don't see how Ooma can help me. Clients have had my cell phone number for up to 13 years. My cell phone is going to ring and it needs to be recorded. The phone apps make you put the client on hold, call another number, and then merge the calls. Even then, it's buggy. All of them.

I don't have an office line, home line, etc. Adding that now won't help.
I pay $68 right now for radius bob with no VOIP. When I go to add it, it's around $160 month. Even then, I don't think it'll help me when my cell phone rings. To record it.

And DonP, I'm not risking my renewals based on a hope that they don't worry about it too much at first. I make too much.

I'm 100% face to face so i don't have to record . I'll no longer enroll using medicare center. I'll mail the app .

We've verified are trying to see if we can enhance it, but for Inbound Calls to an Agent's Cell Phone, the Agent can put the Prospect/Lead/Client on hold, Dial their assigned Radius Phone Number, and then merge the call for the Call to Be Recorded and stored in Radius. The simplest explanation is that it is a Conference Call to a Voicemail that is recorded.

This is still too much for me. I just ported my number to a VOIP system that has a call recording feature. Lots of services like this exists.

If someone calls your cell phone number (not the VOIP number), does it auto record and it's saved? If so, mind sharing the name of the system?

I don't know the particulars because I won't be recording, but this might be worth checking out.

Just like the rest of them, it's a separate phone line I'm sure. You get a new number for your clients to call. There's no real solution that I've seen for an iPhone user

Have you considered switching your cell phone number to a VOIP service and getting a new personal cell number?

Obviously no solution is perfect but that could accomplish the goal of not getting your clients to call a different phone number.
