By the way, if you pay for the entire year up front you get TWO months free. That's $250 for the entire year of unlimited data.

We've found the lists to be extremely accurate. You can easily compile various county lists for your predictive dialer into one CSV file for upload (ask me how and I'll show you if you don't know) and you can chop off the higher ages or do anything else you want to do with the resulting file using Excel easily.

You're using it for your robo calls, right?

Good diversion. I don't have the time, like you do, to troll the forums all day trying to superficially opine to interject your wares into every single thread.

You really should get a life outside that apartment.

I've been mailing a Preneed mailer all year that has the undeliverables going back to the funeral home. I've consistently had no more than one bad address per 500 with Josh's list.

In the past when I just had the lead vendors provide the list, I would get 5 to 6 bad ones per 500.

I just started a mailer that will cost me over a dollar per piece. How would you like to pay $1,050 per 1,000 and have a lot of old data on your list? I wouldn't.

I don't know how good or bad the other guys are but I'm real happy with Josh's info so far. Your list cost is a SMALL portion of the cost of your mailers. It's a small portion of your cost of any form of marketing (if your time has value.)

The phrase penny wise, pound foolish comes to mind.
