The problem is the drug lookups need to be accurate the reason why I did not use integrity is I could not get accuracy near what I was getting medicare.gov

I could not see what the cost difrence was easy at dif pharmacies and adjusting things

at least a few years ago

But if there was one that is accurate easy to use can check multiple pharm at once for lowest cost include premium ducat able in out of pocket annual

and I could keep and store for continue use client info

I would like to have something to save me time and effort AEP

more and more people want to call 3 and 4 times an AEP to go over drug cost again and again where used to be just once

S & S does all of that plus...it's a quoting tool for Med Supps, FE, HIP, MA/PDP and a CRM.

I know but , But I have CSG for Supps and I have the integrity tool for quoting and enrolling MA

I hardly ever do FE, all I need it for is to tore and quote meds and be able to quickly quote every year and send reports

$125 for 2 users is insane

I would do it for $70

MedicarePro is a CRM but it has a drug lookup tool. Data sourced from CSG (which sources from CMS and FDA)

It does all of those things. And it does a lot of those automatic processes very well. Links in communication for clients to update their Dr/Rx info from their phone, sends a scope when a person schedules an appt. Does ACA consent forms automatically, links to Connecture and Sunfire with API feeds. Maybe all of this came after you looked at it last year.

I'll have to try it out again. Are you saying it has a tool to look up doctors? And the same resource that S&S uses? (They are the only 100% accurate one).

I don't know what links to connecture and sunfire API means.

Can you see all of the MAPD and PDP plans available in a given area?

It has workflows now? To send out automatic emails to leads and clients? If so, I'll def give it another look.

Re S&S pricing & admin

It's per email address. So theoretically you can have an admin do some data entry when you aren't also logged in.

It will kick out if two are devices are logged in @ same time using same account.

Last year during AEP I bought a "second seat" temporarily, then cancelled in once no longer needed (forgot until February or so).

Connecture and Sunfire are the quote and enroll programs. Those will show you all of the MAPD and PDP plans available.

The API feed makes it so when you enter the demographic info, MBI DR/RX, etc into Medicare pro, it sends it to the Q/E platform. Medicare Pro wont look up the doctors but those two will. They aren't the best but I would say that the DR lookup is the only thing both systems don't do well.

THE API part of it means that when you do an enrollment, it sends all of the enrollment info back so it can track App#'s expected commission, etc so you don't have to enter it.

If you do ACA, you can download your HealthSherpa CSV into it and it will track all of that too.

It has lots of workflows now including everything you mentioned. Everything is customizable

I have Connecture and Sunfire. While the rx lookup is great, their doctor lookup is a waste of time. The doctor lookup on S&S is precise.

Sure. Everybody values those things differently. You may spend more time looking up Drs but you'll save time on other things. If Dr lookup is most important to you. I wouldn't expect you to change
