Selling SilverScript

I was in a treestand this morning when I posted this. The letter came from National Service Group of AmeriLife. The agent named was Matthew Graham. The deadline to certify was 12/7 and the letter was mailed a couple of weeks prior.

That's Precision Senior Marketing. Likely, his name was on your contracting paperwork. His name is on my SilverScript contract as well.

Well I never received my renewals so I started making some phone calls. Was told that I completed certification on 12/8/20 and the deadline was 12/7/2020. I didn't know this so I guess I have lost another book of business. Happened to me several times over the years.

Did you know certifications had to be done by 12/7? I didn't so my loss is someone else's gain.

I didn't, but this happened to you a few times.. right?

I would, and this is just me, figure out what I needed to do to be compliant after the first time..

This is the first time I lost renewals from not completing certification in time. Lost a book with Florida Blue when a CGA terminated me for no cause. Lost a fortune due to Tricare for Life. Only this last incident was my fault and I am going to let Amerilife know how I feel about it.

I see. I took your post at face value.

Renewals always have a date that certs had to be done by. TBH I thought it was the end of Oct. I'm wrong but I know there's a date.
