Good on heart/diabetes cases with insulin. Only one that accepts those in fact. I just wish their app wasn't such a bear.

Not a fact. Cigna(If no treatment for heart problems in past 2 years other than maintenance meds and if not taking more than 2 HBP meds and not more than 50 units of insulin daily OK, otherwise Substandard).

I should clarify that if taking more than 2 HBP meds and more than 50 units of insulin daily would in itself be a KO.
