Which term is MORE recognizable to your FE clients?

I get the old "oh, this if Death Insurance" comment every now and then

I work the debit so of course burial.

I prefer final expense because it is easier to pivot when they already have their burial covered.

I know you mean customer thoughts but figured I'd share anyway

I've found it depends on the generation of the client. If they are baby boomers or earlier, they tend to say "burial". If they are in their 50's it's more "Final expense". Personally I like "final expense" because you can pivot a couple different ways with it.
