Another MOJO Dialer Question...

Just a word of advice; setting appointments by that method; "I'm just in the area and....free services...drop off literature....go over options....etc.." typically results in a lot of appointments, a lot of running around and an extremely low closing ratio.

This is the old "set 20, run 15 and close 5" method. I'd rather set 8, run 6 and close 5.

And how are you setting 8,-6, 5 ing it ? Please do tell ! My ratio is 7,4,2

Hey, you got a 50% close ratio! Good for you.

To answer your question, he's not setting appointments to drop off lit. While it may result in more dials per sit, each one is more qualified and more likely to result in a sale. The other thing you need to consider is that he sells health insurance, which is a commodity.

I posted about this a while back... I really want to help out. I currently pay $99 per month for a really good predictive dialer. I upload my leads and it lets me dial up to 5 lines at a time. Mojo claims "3 Times the sales" because you can dial 3 lines at a time so I guess this system earns me 5x the $$$. Check them out... I know they run a special for this forum and insurance agents for only 99$ per month and the give you all the features Mojo charges extra for. so here you go: YTel Go Dialer... The Mojo Alternative. Check it out and no I don't work for them like all the other posers in this forum. I'm just a nerd! ha

Greeting's,

I am going to go against my better judgment here and respond to this last post by DHConcepts.

First, DH, I can assure you that no one on this forum is an employee of our company. Now of course when a company like yTel or the other 'pop up' dialer companies enters the dialer space, it is commonplace for employees to get on the forums to start pushing product as it an inexpensive means of advertising, but I can assure you that this is not the case here.

In reference to some other posts here, Mojo is $149 per month. There are some affiliate deals to be had, but most are done.

We push just under 7,500,000 minutes per month, all over a copper connection at a old fashioned telephone company. A quality connection that no VoIP provider can replicate. If it could be done, if we thought it could be done, we would in an instant as it would save us money; but it cannot be done effectively or reliably.

Comparing an X-Lite based VoIP dialer to Mojo? That like comparing apples to... you know the saying. We have thousands of customers, all without contract, that pay us each month and expect the quality they get from Mojo. If we were to change, it would have a dramatic, negative impact on our business.

We're an old fashioned company, with a fully-staffed technical support and training staff that delivers white-glove service the best we can. This with our call quality, is worth $50 per month when you, the agent, rely on us to deliver your brand professionally over the phone.

There is a major correction coming in the dialer market, 'dialers' are no longer going to survive stand-alone. There needs to be a true sales engine; one that incorporates lead management, power dialing, email delivery (both blast and action-plan triggered), action plans and social networking all while being a rock solid application with the best support in the software space.

We will be delivering this product very soon. VoIP Dialer companies will keep touting their $99 pricing. However, they will then have to answer: Why is Mojo only $50 more than their 'dialer'?.. that is a tough argument now..Wait until Mojo-X is released...

There are no perfect solutions or companies, but I can assure you that my staff of developers, sales consultants, trainers and technical support members come to work every day, to make sure we are as close as they get.

Some things never die - good quality, great customer service, innovation and trust. Mojo was founded, nurtured and has THRIVED thanks to these principles. It is this way today and it shall forever be.

I have been using MOJO for 2 years now. I first used it to cold-call Medicare Supplement folks and now use it to dial for commercial insurance clients.

This product is almost bullet-proof. It makes my life so much easier and I get much more work done compared to what would happen if dialing on my own. Just skipping bad numbers and busy numbers is enough to make it efficient.

I must be honest, I haven't tried the other dialers and have no intention of ever trying them. The old "why fix what isn't broken" saying comes into play here. I have gotten very busy and don't have time for bad VOIP connections, dialer problems, etc. I can only recall one time that I tried to log into MOJO and it wasn't operating;and when you need customer service, well I could only hope that I give my clients the same type of service MOJO gives me.

If talking over the internet is your thing, best of luck, but I will stay with cooper lines for reliability.

I am fortunate, I have been with MOJO long enough that I still get their old pricing that I got through a IMO, I think, but I would still pay more to have service over the phone lines instead of the internet.

What has MOJO done for me? I have built up a very nice book of Medicare Supplement business that I now only work referrals, and repeats. I had a great first year, last year, in the commercial end of my business and started 2011 with over 500 businesses that included decision makers names and renewal dates. January was awesome and February is right on track, and this is ALL because of the amount of work using MOJO allowed me to do last year.

PAY EXTRA, AND USE MOJO!!!!!!

Matt, I just looked at it and looks like a great deal.

I would pick the plan with data. I dont want to mess with all that dnc list crap.

Thanks for sharing the link. I've looking for more plans with data and learning more about this market. I've been playing around with a predictive dialer, and right now, only 1 out of 75 people are worth killing. But with more practice, I think I can make the numbers get much better.

It also sucks the life out of me to do this. I don't like doing it for more than about 2 hours at a time.
