Book Suggestions??

Bible. Specifically books of Proverbs and Ecclesiastes, they are all about wisdom.

The Greatest Salesman in the World by Og Mandino. Nice short read with all of the basic building blocks of building a career in sales.

In Proverbs, whether you are a believer or not, if you read one chapter per day and make a list of the characteristics of the wise man and a list of the characteristics of the fool you will be shocked at how good you get at the decision making process.

Although it is a primer on the One Card System it has a lot of good stuff in it:

Building a Financial Services Clientele by O. Alfred Granum, Delia Alberstein and Barry Alberstein (2001, Book, Illustrated):

This should be in your reference library..............

I read a ton of sales books so here are some I like.

Unlimited Selling Power Amazon.com: Unlimited Selling Power: How to Master Hypnotic Selling Skills (9780136891260): Donald Moine, Kenneth Lloyd: Books

Teaches you how to use NLP when selling. Very good read.

Tom Hopkins Tape set-

How to Master The Art of Selling Anything-

not a book but worth it

The Feldman Method-
Amazon.com: The Feldman Method: Andrew H. Thomson, Lee Rosler: Books
A book about the greatest life insurance salesman ever
and how he did it.

The Sales Bible

Amazon.com: The Sales Bible: The Ultimate Sales Resource, Revised Edition (0723812598601): Jeffrey Gitomer: Books

Coach....would that book be applicable to commercial sales as well or just life, retirement etc?

The prospecting method taught in that book will have applicability. As a P&C agent you will definitely benefit by reading the Wedge.
