Final Expense Sales Presentation Script. Meeting Your Client In Person

I think people value a conversation over a ppt. There are things you show like confidence, empathy, etc. that you can't get from a ppt.
They didn't allow you to come over to show them a 3 minute commercial imo. They wanted to have a conversation about tying up loose ends.

Is anybody doing the presentation in power point.

Power Point is a great tool. It cant do the selling for you.

If your new at FE sales the most important thing you can do is get in front of people and listen to them.

Find a mentor who can take you on appointments and do some real presentations.

If your prospect believes that you understand their unique situation and you present a reasonable solution; you will make the sale.

Good Luck

I have not used props or pitchbooks in yrs. 10 min warmups 45 minute warmup; you have got to be kidding me. I have been in an out of a house in less than five minutes with an app and a check. I just talk to my prospects/customers and treat them like I was presenting a product to my grandmother.

If prospect is from a lead then:

1. Take your time..

2. Build rapport. Build rapport. Build relationship... Take time to get to know your "Client"..

3. Just keep talking to your prospect about family, sports, politics, past jobs, past times, past deaths, past funerals, children and grand children. (Just checking to see if you are still with me.)

4. After 15 - 45 minutes (depending on prospect) of light-hearten conversation ask your prospect:
"What is your desire? To be cremated or to have a funeral?
Discuss
"Do you have Whole Life Insurance that will guarantee your final arrangements are paid for".
(I have closed sales in 45 states and in Canada, over the past 20 years, and warm up varies drastically. In the southwest there is no such thing as a 10 minute warm up then get down to business.)

I have to say that every client will be different than the next one. Yesterday was a very good day for me, but my last client of the day took at least 45 minutes to build rapport and gain trust, we talked about the kids, grand kids, our family traditions, heritage, etc. At the end of the day, I went home feeling like a champion and managed to earn their business. So I have to agree with you.
