Why not disposable plastic coated place mats, so you could sit on the couch without getting your pants wet?

Don't room with Galt! Soon as he walks in he starts packing things up. You need a cup to rinse your mouth out with? You have to get it out of his bag!

If someone comes up w/ these I'll damn sure make a dispenser. Gotta fit nicely in the bag...never know what lurks on the inside of some of these houses.

Wear one of those butt pads that Les Stroud "survivor man" wears so his butt don't get wet when he sits down.

I appreciate all the comments. It reminds me of a long time ago when I was a mortgage broker. We worked with high risk low income folks refinancing their high interest loans. FE is probably the same market at 50-75 years old. I remember some of these same "hurdles" I had to overcome. I will say that at some houses, I simply didn't get out of the car. Others, I wouldn't go in. They were few in number, but I'm not that desperate to make a buck at this point. I'll probably cll one of you guys for a split!
