I disagree . We confronted Jd 8-10 times about getting 70% of his leads on the phone to even answer much less set appts .He never directly responded to our skepticism. All he says is it takes the right training but we all argued if they don't answer it doesn't matter .Another pt of argument is Jd acts like as many people answer the phone today as 5 plus yrs ago . We all know that's not true .
