Yep, that wouldn't look good, and have to tell the prospect that you couldn't get approved just because you robbed a bank a couple of years ago.![]()

Just going by what Foresters told me . . .
True, but you aren't appointed until they receive an app and you pass the background check. I just picked up several new Med Supp companies and I think they're all JIT, but I already have access to the websites and have writing #'s, but I won't be contracted until they receive my 1st app. Here's the wording on Shenandoah...
"Thank you for applying to contract with Shenandoah Life Insurance Company. Shenandoah uses a Just-In-Time contracting process in all states except PA. Your agent application has been entered in our system. If there are any incomplete items on your contract application, you will be notified by separate email.
Your contract is on hold until you submit your first piece of business. PA requires you to have an active appointment prior to making a sale. In all other states, once business is submitted, we will complete your background report and order a state appointment with the Department of Insurance. This process should not delay issuing your business.
• Your writing agent number to be used with all Med Supp applications is: VSXXXXXXX"
It's been quite a while since I contracted with Settlers, but it seems like they're JIT. You should check with them and see what they say.
There is not obligation for me to accept every case. By providing advice and turning away the prospect, I am not doing anything wrong to warrant a lawsuit![]()
Yep.Yea - Settlers will appoint once an application is submitted. Seems their Silver Plan is pretty decent for heavies . . .

Yep.
ACI, GWIC, Loyal American and UNL are also good for the round ones.
Sentinel Security is good for fat kids under the age of 15.
Don't you have Aetna or Cigna?I don't have any of those above except for GWIC and Sentinel . . .
Don't you have Aetna or Cigna?
If you're contracted with Aetna for their Med Supps, you just need to sign the commission schedule to be able to sell their FE. Loyal American is Cigna's FE. Contract with Cigna and you can sell all of their products. Both companies have Ancillary products.Aetna med sup only. Getting Cigna - maybe. Medicare stuff not really in my game plan - but, will have in case I guess.
