Haven't in a while, but my script was:

Hello, Edith? Hi Edith this is Josh from the Hoosier Senior Services (pause). I had received the card that you had mailed back to us requesting the info to supplement your $255 government death benefit (pause).

Well, my job is to just get the information to you that you are eligible to receive. I was going to be in your area on tomorrow and I just need to set aside a few minutes to deliver the info to you. What time usually works better for you, mornings or afternoons?

Thanks HoosierLife! I tweeked your script to match my style, Scheduled 19 appointments gave 15 presentations wrote 7 applications for 4000 plus in AP.
I said "senior benefits" instead of senior service.
"state regulated Life Insurance" instead of 255 government death benefit.
kept "information you are eligible to receive"

Bottom line! It all works...if you work it!
