Do you ever leave a phone message? I just got back into final expense after along absents and I've tried triple dialing my leads. I have a lot of people I can door knock and I've had good success in the past doing that. I cover the whole county and some of the leads are spread pretty far apart, Anyway people in the city I door knock, does anyone have much success leaving messages?

I always leave a voice mail. And I never triple dial.

A VM is a touch and you're going to need plenty working leads. I've read that it can take 20 to 50 touches to move a lead off of the fence post.

A touch can be a vm, text or email. I use them all.

You leave a voice message on FE leads?

" Jd this is Don please call me back about an urgent matter " . It works much better than a regular vm
Really. In the FE market? They'll think you're a debt collector and never call you back.

Never ask them to call you back because they won't. Instead, use your VM to build a bridge to you 2nd call. Simply tell your name, touch on a pain point and tell them you'll call them back tomorrow.

When you hang up send them a text and an email with more detail. Then let your crm do the rest.

I've used it a few 100 times and got better call back than just leaving my name and phone #. Call backs on anything isn't good . Another phone is to just leave your name and phone # and nothing else . Your just trying to peak there curiosity and hope they call you back

I just tried it. It works!!

I got a call back!!

He said, "my name ain't JD and I don't know no ***ing Don!!"
I just got a returned card today from need a lead that i mailed 4 yrs ago . Thats a record for me . Thats crazy
